EACC All-Chapter Leadership Summit 2026

10/30/2026 - 10/31/2026

Description

EACC All-Chapter Leadership Summit 2026

We are excited to invite EACC Board Members to join Executive Directors from across the EACC network at the 2026 Leadership Summit in Texas this fall.

📅 Thursday - Saturday: October 29-31, 2026

📍 Dallas, Texas - Central location - will be announced shortly!

👉 Explore how to further strengthen and position the EACC network for continued growth and impact while fostering relationships among EACC Directors and (Board) members.

👥 For EACC Exec Directors + Board Members with relevant expertise and interest in contributing to the discussion

As the organization looks toward its next phase of growth in the 2026 EACC Leadership Summit, the leadership experience and perspectives of our Board leaders will be invaluable in shaping discussions around the future of the network.

Board leaders will have the opportunity to engage directly with EACC leadership from across the U.S. and Europe and contribute to conversations focused on:

  • Strengthening network governance and leadership
  • Defining the EACC's strategic positioning and long-term sustainable impact
  • Identifying priority markets and regions for future chapter expansion
  • Exploring scalable frameworks and investment models for launching and sustaining new chapters

Beyond the strategic discussions, the Summit offers a unique opportunity to build relationships with fellow Board Members, Executive Directors, and transatlantic business leaders from across the EACC community.

Why is this an Important Time to Address these Topics?

The EACC community is a trusted, curated, independent (non-political, non-lobbying) network, uniquely positioned to support its members in transatlantic business development. Especially in major themes (AI/tech sovereignty, shifting geopolitical landscape, energy, supply chain resilience, trade policy, protectionism, industry policy, strategic autonomy), there is a huge potential for our network to benefit from the changes in the transatlantic relationship.

Draft Agenda

Day 1 - Thursday Oct 29

  • Arrival afternoon
  • EACC Texas launch of Transatlantic Bridges – 2026 edition of the Transatlantic Expansion Barometer [Note: also open also to general EACC Texas Members, their Guests, and Consular Corps - see event details here]
    • A pulse survey of over 100 European and American businesses on their transatlantic investment plans for the upcoming year

Day 2  - Friday Oct 30

  • Morning plenary discussions (8.30am - 11.30am): format/topics TBC
  • Lunch (11.30 - 1pm)
  • Breakout workshops (1pm - 2.30pm): designed to discuss in smaller groups our main challenges (i.e. governance, network growth, strategic positioning)
